ANZ Desktop Browser

  1. Select the Payments menu, then Pay Anyone.
  2. Select an account to make your payment from.
  3. Select Add a new payee.
  4. Choose Add a new payment type, then select Email address.
  5. Enter [email protected] as the email.
  6. Enter Transaction Description with your reservation number and Billing Surname.
  7. Important: If the description does not mention the reservation number and Billing Surname, your ticket issuance may be delayed, and your reservation may be canceled.
  8. Review the transaction and finalize the payment.

ANZ Mobile App

  1. Tap the $ Pay icon on the Accounts tab.
  2. Tap on the + to make a payment to a new PayID.
  3. Select Email and enter [email protected].
  4. Enter Transaction Description with your reservation number and Billing Surname.
  5. Important: If the description does not mention the reservation number and Billing Surname, your ticket issuance may be delayed, and your reservation may be canceled.
  6. Review the transaction and finalize the payment.
Bendigo Bank

You need to make the balance payment within 24 hours after receiving the email with the subject “Urgent: Immediate Payment Required”.

Commonwealth Bank

Full payment should be made within the same calendar day to avoid any fare/tax difference or cancellation. All fares are subject to change and need to be confirmed before the ticket is issued. Hence, we request you to pay the balance amount on the same day of making the booking.

You may make the balance payment through one of the following payment methods:
