To make your travel back home seamless,Fly Lanka offers various payment methods to best suit your needs. You can lock-in the current flight prices with a 5% deposit and then choose to pay the rest either in weekly instalments, or upfront.

Payments

When do we need to make the balance payment?

You need to make the balance payment within **24 hours** after receiving the email with the subject **“Urgent: Immediate Payment Required”**.

What if we are not able to make the payment immediately?

Full payment should be made within the same **calendar day** to avoid any **fare/tax difference or cancellation**. All fares are subject to change and need to be confirmed before the ticket is issued. Hence, we request you to pay the balance amount **on the same day of making the booking**.

Can I make a transfer through a Sri Lankan bank for balance payment?

Yes. Please contact our sales agent on 1300 359 774. Our sales agent will provide you with a **SWIFT code** and account details.

Note: Please ensure that your bank can transfer the funds to the **Fly Lanka account within 24 hours**.

How much amount do I have to pay after making the booking?

A **non-refundable deposit** of **50 AUD per passenger** is charged to secure the booking. This amount will be **deducted from the airfare** when issuing the ticket.

I have already made the payment, waiting for confirmation.

Your ticket will be issued **upon receiving the full payment** and credited to Fly Lanka's bank account.

If you do not receive your ticket **within 24 hours** after making the payment, please call us directly at 1300 359 774.

How do I make the balance payment?

You may make the balance payment through one of the following payment methods:

Once the payment is done, **make sure to email us the receipt with the booking PNR**.
