How to pay using BPAY

BPAY lets you choose which account to pay bills from, and schedule payments on a date that works for you*, whether it’s for one-off or recurring bills. How to pay using BPAY
Log in to your online banking and choose the BPAY® or bill payment option. Find the BPAY logo on your email or paper bill. Enter your payment details: BPAY Biller Code, Customer Reference Number, and amount from your bill. Submit your payment from your preferred account. You can also schedule your payment on a date that works for you or set up recurring payments.* *Scheduled payments are subject to systems and funds availability. How to pay using BPAY?
Select Your Bank
ANZ Desktop Browser
- Select the Payments menu, then Pay Anyone.
- Select an account to make your payment from.
- Select Add a new payee.
- Choose Add a new payment type, then select Email address.
- Enter [email protected] as the email.
- Enter Transaction Description with your reservation number and Billing Surname.
- Important: If the description does not mention the reservation number and Billing Surname, your ticket issuance may be delayed, and your reservation may be canceled.
- Review the transaction and finalize the payment.
ANZ Mobile App
- Tap the $ Pay icon on the Accounts tab.
- Tap on the + to make a payment to a new PayID.
- Select Email and enter [email protected].
- Enter Transaction Description with your reservation number and Billing Surname.
- Important: If the description does not mention the reservation number and Billing Surname, your ticket issuance may be delayed, and your reservation may be canceled.
- Review the transaction and finalize the payment.
You need to make the balance payment within 24 hours after receiving the email with the subject “Urgent: Immediate Payment Required”.
Full payment should be made within the same calendar day to avoid any fare/tax difference or cancellation. All fares are subject to change and need to be confirmed before the ticket is issued. Hence, we request you to pay the balance amount on the same day of making the booking.

- Bank Deposit / Transfer
- Pay ID
- BPAY
Once the payment is done, make sure to email us the receipt with the booking PNR.
